Description Olivier LAHAYE 2005-01-19 11:19:04 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.3)
Installed from: Mandrake RPMs
OS: Linux

It would be realy cool to add applications to the quick start menu when they are started using the "ATL-F2" shortcut or the "Run command..."

Currently, only applications started with the menu are managed within the "quick start" feature. Extending the quick start feature management to the "Run command..." would be realy cool (I'm almost all the time starting applications using quick start or ALT-F2. Right now, I'm forced to start all apps I use often 1st using menus so the get into the quick launch area.

Best regards.

PS: KDE is fabulous, don't remove options like gnome people want, and never swap ok/cancel buttons like gnome h asas it is a hell in dual boot environments (many ok/cancel mistakes when switching from windows to gnome or so. I've almost never used gnome, but the reason I certainly will never try to go for it is this horrible swap of ok/cancel buttons...)

Kicker is currently unmaintained, you can look to your distribution for help, however.
