Description Kurt Hindenburg 2005-01-10 08:46:21 UTC
Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

Using --noresize and then hiding the scroll/tab/menubar or changing the font size causes a 'grey' area. The actual Konsole outer window doesn't change size.

For font changes; the terminal size changes.
For hiding the bars, the terminal size stays the same, but there is now a 'grey' area where the bar was before.

Strange results.

You get other results depending on what order you do stuff:
1. Open a new session as soon as konsole --noresize starts seems to behave correctly.
2. Change font size after a --resize -> get gray area. Open new session; hide menubar -> outer konsole window resized, no more gray area.

  --noresize Terminal size is fixed
