Description Markus Waibel 2005-01-05 12:13:20 UTC
Version: 2.0.1 (using KDE 3.2.3, (testing/unstable))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 (Debian 20040422)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.8-1-386

Juk seems to playback part of the header of some mp3s, resulting in a short (but painful) noise at the beginning of songs. For an example mp3 file, go to http://lsapc89.epfl.ch/~markus/priv/juk/example.mp3

i use debian sarge/unstable, and kernel-2.6.7 and the mp3 worked fine. kde 3.3 is in testing now along with juk 2.1.1. see if upgrading to that works.
