Version: 0.7 (using KDE 3.3.2 Level "a" , SUSE 9.2 UNSUPPORTED) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.4 (pre 3.3.5 20040809) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.8-24.10-default Hello, I did not find this in the ChangeLog for 0.7.1, nor in bugs.kde.org's search feature, so I assume the bug is still there. The fullscreen slideshow in Digikam does not support Xinerama - pictures are centered in the middle of the available desktop area, which (with two monitors) means split across two monitors. Also, the OpenGL effects (which I really, *really* like) are stretched double as wide as they need to be, e.g. the "cube" effect is distorted. Apps like GQview have an option of displaying fullscreen on the active screen, the active monitor, or Screen 0/1/2/whatever. I would like Digikam to have this as well. Thank you! Jens
It is solved. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 95592 ***
Is it solved in 0.7.1? Because I just upgraded and it's still there. Thank you! :)
the slideshow comes from kipi-plugins. the fix is in kipi-plugins (in cvs). there will be another beta release for kipi-plugins soon and then you can try it out. for further details follow the link to the bug to which this bug has been marked a duplicate of
Hi, thank you. Also, the Slideshow entry in the menu "Extras" seems to be disabled randomly. When I'm in one album, it's disabled (greyed out), switch to another album, it's still disabled, switch back, it's enabled again. Under what circumstances does it get disabled and re-enabled? This seems to be a little buggy.
are you in "Collection mode". if you select a collection (which is not an album), the slideshow tool will be disabled. and if you select an album it will be enabled
Fixed with bug #95592
