Description Bill Kendrick 2004-12-28 06:54:43 UTC
Version: 3.2.2 (using KDE KDE 3.2.3)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

It would be nice if link actions (e.g., "Open in New Window", "Open in New Tab") were made available when form submit buttons were right-clicked. (Just like normal "a href" image and text links.)

Example situation: you're reading an interesting article on a website, but want to search for something using the search form on the site's sidebar. You can't easily search without leaving the article, like you could with any regular links.

Dear user,

KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6.

Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component.

We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes.

For security issues, please see:

https://kde.org/info/security/

Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML.

Greetings
Christoph Cullmann
