When a station "needs maintenance" (i.e. the METAR string ends with "$"), the current behaviour is for the kicker applet to not report anything. The icon is a giant question mark, and the tooltip/report merely state that the station needs mainenance. This happens for KBOS at least once or twice a week.

My wish: That kweather still report the weather conditions from the station, but highlight them somehow (in red or something like that) to indicate that the information *may* not be accurate. With KBOS, at least, when the $ flag is indicated, it's still quite accurate.
