I am not sure if this is same as http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61481 .


Note: Clipper is not running.
Open text file. Copy text. Close text file.
Open another text file. Icon for Paste is enabled.
Press paste. Nothing is pasted.

Paste should be disabled, not enabled.
