Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.1) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages OS: Linux kaudiocreate creates a message box if the disc becomes full and crashes afterwards. There should be an estimation of the used space for the ripped files and a warning message in prior, if I risk to run out of space i use version 1.12
Thanks for the report. Very interesting find.
Created attachment 10320 [details] KDE debug trace for Kaudiocreator crashs when disk full
On the same topic: I noticed that kaudiocreator removes the wav-files (in /tmp/kde-user/) only after the whole cd has been encoded. Maybe it would be better to remove the respective wav-wile as soon as the track has been encoded.
It should have removed the way file after the encoding finished. I check that out and if it isn't a simple fix I create a new bug.
I think this is duplicate (or at least does relate to) bug #129402.
