If replying to a message in a folder with "keep replies in folder" enabled and using an identity which does not keep the sent messages in "sent-mail", the message ends up in the identity's folder not in the one with the message I replied to. Or in other words, local settings are overridden by global settings.

Works in KDE 4.3
