Description Jonny Heggheim 2004-11-22 18:52:40 UTC
Version: 1.12 (using KDE KDE 3.3.1)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

When there are more than one match in CDDB it would be nice to see a preview of the matches, so i can select the correct CD.

Currently it brings up a list showing the album name when more then one album is found. Do you mean you want to see more information or did you not know about it? If more info, how do you think it should look?

I have seen the CDDB dialog, but when there are several almost identical
matches, its hard to know which one to choose..

The album name is not enough to differentiate between the entries. In some ocasions, I have found entries which have the same album name (or very close), but with a great difference in the quality of the track names.

It would be great to have a "show details" button which would display the whole CDDB info (especially track names and artist info).

Thank you for the bug report.

As this report hasn't seen any changes in 5 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists.

If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved.

This project is unfortunately no longer maintained.

If a new maintainer wants to step up and take care, the project is archived here:

https://invent.kde.org/unmaintained/kaudiocreator

You can just clone it in your private namespace on invent.kde.org and if you have started to work on it and fixed/implemented something get it reviewed and the project unarchived.

Sorry for the inconveniences.
