OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.8-gentoo-r3

Wow, I browsed along with Konqueror on some tabs when suddenly - *boom* - shit happened. The Doc Relations toolbar appeared many many times, and without an option to disable all again left me standing there confused. A double click orgy transformed them all to floating toolbars, which luckily put them on top of each other so I could come back to the content. D*oh.
Right now in this new Report window, none is displayed but the toolbar menu already shows more than one of those. Shouldn't be.
