Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.0) Installed from: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux On sites that exist of framesets that all have the scrolling="no" property set, scrolling is not allowd. Still, you can scroll many of these sites by dragging it with the mouse. Example: http://www.annie.nl This sort of drag-scrolling often happens accidentally when selecting text. The problem is that people try scrolling back to the top in the usual way, but this is disabled by the site. Mozilla seems to solve this by ignoring the scrolling="no" property and allowing the user to scroll the page in the usual way after the page has been (accidentally) scrolled by dragging it.
