Version: 1.7 (using KDE 3.3.0, Gentoo) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.4 20040623 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.4-r1, ssp-3.3.2-2, pie-8.7.6) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.8-gentoo-r3 default is that for every folder in imap it is marked as 'check for mail in this folder' being on. to mark this option off, you have to open 'properties -> include in check' for every folder in server. this is very annoying to do, if the folder list is big and the folders are new, ie no new mail there. so perhaps such ui, like there exists for imap folder subscriptiosn. you get a list of folders and you can check and uncheck each folder in one view. and don't make the option default OFF, ON is very good! :)
another idea, that checkbox could be in three states: - inherit from parent (gray) - off (unchecked) - on (checked)
I think it is better to add an option to the folderdialog that lets you apply the settings to all childs. This one is too specific.
