Version: 3.3 (using KDE KDE 3.3.0) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages When viewing the frame/page information, a very long URL is shortened in the middle by inserting "...". This means that it sometimes is hard to recognize which cgi-script has been envoked: http://myserver/cgi-bin/...ent=3&bla=2 For a web developer IMHO it is important to see the complete URL (script-name and all parameters). Thank you, Gert
This would lead sometimes to windows being bigger than your screen.
It requires an area that is scrollable to avoid the to large window.
Document information screen could wrap long URL.
Well, I think this report can be closed because konqueror does not offer the functionality anymore to view the page information. At least I cannot find it anymore!?
Menu > View > View Document Information (Ctrl+I).
Dear user, KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6. Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component. We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes. For security issues, please see: https://kde.org/info/security/ Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML. Greetings Christoph Cullmann
