Description Peter Reinhart 2004-09-28 11:25:38 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

Often times, people send out e-mails they expect to get an answer to. These might be new tasks or just a question that needs to be answered. However, as all of us know, many people tend to simply delete messages you desperately need an answer to.

As I too send out several of these e-mails every day, I need to keep track of many of them, make sure that I receive an answer. Therefore, I would like to propose a new folder that includes messages that were not answered so far (like "search results"). This folder should only include references to outgoing messages that the user wanted to have in there (checkbox "Keep track of answers?" / "Show as unanswered after [xx] days"). When an answer has been received, these messages should automatically disappear.

This would greatly help me to keep track of my outgoing e-mail and ask for responses to my e-mails easily, without the need to manually check my outgoing folder once a day.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
