Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.3 20040412 (Red Hat Linux 3.3.3-7)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.7

Look at page 2 and followings of http://www2.hs-harz.de/~fstolzenburg/datam/material/algc45.pdf

A big right border is cut off. The paper size and orientation is not changeable in some cases.

Can you confirm whether or not this happens with Okular?
