Description Christoph Wiesen 2004-09-08 22:35:49 UTC
Version: 0.11.14 (using KDE 3.3.0, (3.1))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.4 (Debian 1:3.3.4-9)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.7

Unfortunately K3B has problems supporting normal M3U Playlist files that are of a more simple format than what some seem to prefer. Meaning that those without the "#EXTM3U" at the beginning won't work.
I thought K3B didn't support playlists at all before I read about this - maybe there is *some* way to support non-extended-info playlists as well as these seem very common these days.
The KDE KAudioCreator for examples creates them without the unnecessary #EXTM3U even though this might not be fully spec compilant. Anyway it is that you can't burn KDE-created playlists with the KDE CD burner, which will confuse many users.
