Description mo 2004-09-05 14:16:23 UTC
Version: CVS (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.4 20040623 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.4-r1, ssp-3.3.2-2, pie-8.7.6)
OS: Linux

It would be nice to have the images rotated like in Digikam (0.7 CVS) based on the Exif-information.

Hi!
IMHO this is now a bug, because the behavior of KDE apps is not consistent, some apps now use EXIF autorotation, some not. How should a user handle this? IMHO it does not make much sens to produce HTML-exports with incorrect rotation.
BTW I am much sure that a lot of useres even will (and must) not know what EXIF is.

This bug is reported against 'imagesgallery'. This plugin has been replaced by a new plugin called 'HTMLExport', which is written completely from scratch. This bug report will now be closed.
