Version: 1.7 (using KDE 3.3.0, (3.1)) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.4 (Debian 1:3.3.4-9) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.7-1-686 When I right-click KMail's tray icon, there is a submenu labeled 'New Messages In.' However, this doesn't display the full/correct paths to the IMAP folders which contain new mail. For example, my primary IMAP account is structured like so: inbox + PEAR + CVS + Dev + Debian + KDE However, the folder list only shows the account name and the last (deepest) nested folder. So when there's new mail in 'Primary Account -> PEAR -> CVS', the menu only displays 'Primary Account -> CVS'. If there are multiple subfolders named 'CVS', it's impossible to tell which one has new mail. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but when I open the 'New Messages In' submenu and click on one of the listed folders, KMail simply reappears (if it was hidden), or does nothing (if the window was not hidden). It seems like it would be more useful to have it display the folder with new mail in it instead, and I get the impression that that is what is supposed to be happening.
I rewrote it in kmail-akonadi and it fixed now
