Description Joachim Eibl 2004-08-27 10:52:44 UTC
Version: 3.1.0 (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
OS: Linux

I have a big monitor, so I like the window on the left with file selector, classes, variables/watch, bookmarks etc. to be visible always. But after closing KDevelop and restarting it again these windows are not visible anymore. I have to reopen them and disable "overlap" every time again.

Please save and restore the window positions and the overlap flags for the anchored IDEAL-windows.

Joachim

Sigh. This probably has half a dozen dupes. I'll close it when I track down one of them.

The reason overlap and open/close state isn't saved is that the KMDI library in kdelibs is too buggy. Toolview position (right/left/bottom/top) should be properly restored in 3.1 however.
