(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: kcontrol Version: cvsup 21-8-2000 Severity: normal The preview window in kcontrol->look & feel->colors always shows the kde1 decoration including nice vertical gradients (as in kde 1) on the titlebar. Also some of the widgets are drawn as in the old kde but not all (scrollbar = new kde the others are old as far as I can judge) though they all disrespect the current style. The problem is that my real windows looks nothing like the preview. I can change the active title blend and the preview is updated but apart from that this setting does nothing. I use the KDE1 decoration (since it is the only one which hasn't too flat/small titlebars and I really dislike the dotted appearance of the others MHO offcourse). This is a problem I've had since I first tried KDE2.
I have also had a problem using KDE 2.0 shipped with Mandake 7.2. The Control Centre module for LookNFeel - Colors does not seem to properly work. All in all KDE 2.0 is a fantastic window manager! Thank you very much for such a great product. -Mr. Villa Sara
