Description Janis Blechert 2004-08-21 01:07:16 UTC
Version: 2.1 (using KDE 3.3.0, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 20040412 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.3-r6, ssp-3.3.2-2, pie-8.7.6)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.8-gentoo-r1

I think it should be possible by selecting multiple songs to be played next to create temporary playlists (the same way it is possible in winamp, xmms, amarok..), it should display 1./2./3./etc left in the playlist (where normally the arrow appears), no clutter for users that don't use this feature and some happy people that often differ in their mood and tend not to hear the same all over and are to lazy to generate an extra playlist every 20 minutes :)

The new upcoming playlist stuff basically does this and replaces the "play next" functionality.
