hability to move operators and attributes from a class to another

well, simply, I want to be able to drag N drop stuff from class to class.

It is a bug. You can cut an operation, but you can not paste it. The only which seems to work partly is the refactoring dialog. If there is an implementation association between 2 classes, then you can move ops/attrs/templates between those classes.
