All KDE applications have a link to the wizard of bugs.kde.org so users can fill in there bugs and wishes pretty fast. At this moment the menu help->report bug links to an different interface...

The feature that you requested has been implemented in the latest
development (CVS) version of KDE. The feature request will be closed.
