Version:           0.7.7 (using KDE 3.2.3, Gentoo)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.3 20040412 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.3-r6, ssp-3.3.2-2, pie-8.7.6)

When a discussion gets very large, a lot of messages of that thread are no longer retreived by KNode, whereas the thread is complete in google-groups.

For example, not all messages of this discussion:
http://groups.google.com/groups?q=I+just+noticed+halfgaar+x+640x480&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&selm=ce6i2m%246u2%241%40news2.tilbu1.nb.home.nl&rnum=1

are visible in my KNode. Not when filtering "watched", and not when filtering "own-messages".

The bug is kind of hard to reproduce. Creating a new account and downloading the first 500 messages from it, does get the complete thread.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug.
