The herbivore protocol is a protocol which enables
completely transparent automatic encryption between
sender and receiver if both clients support this protocol.
It would be really cool if KMail would support this
natively IMHO. If this is too much too ask what about
some support for calling the herbrip command line tool
internally:

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
