Description smejky 2004-07-01 16:13:05 UTC
Version:           0.20 (using KDE 3.2 BRANCH >= 20040204, Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.2 (Mandrake Linux 10.0 3.3.2-6mdk)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.3-4mdk

how to call this crash:
1. run kghostview
2. open a file *.pdf
3. press Ctrl+Shift+F (horizontal scrollbar is unneeded)
4. close the program (Alt+F4 like)
5. run the program (without a parameter!)
6:
   a) click to the main window -> SIGSEGV
   b) press Ctrl+O, click to the "open file" dialog -> SIGSEGV
   c) press Ctrl+Shift+F -> no function (shortcut is not available)

how to start now kghostview without SIGSEGV:
1. run the program with a parameter (for ex.: "kghostview ~/mydoc.pdf")
2. press Ctrl+Shift+F
3. close the program
now you can run kghostview without a parameter and without a crash ;)

yes, it's crashing! still a bug in KDE 3.5.4.
Comment 2 Oliver Grimm 2007-04-16 17:20:09 UTC
still crashing on KDE 3.5.5
Comment 3 Oliver Grimm 2007-06-03 23:56:58 UTC
KDE 3.5.7: it's not crashing any more, but still restarting in full screen mode though it should not.

Okular works fine. It does restart in full screen, though. Oliver, you might want to open a separated feature request to change that (or make it optional).
