Currently, if you paste an e-mail like <artemio at artemio dot net> into composer's "to:" field, kmail auto-converts it to artemio@artemio.net.

However, if one follows an anti-spam mailto: link, like <mailto:artemio at artemio dot net>, it stays unconverted. It would be nice if kmail would convert this address when following a mailto: link, too.

Also, I think it would be nice to have more anti-spam mail formats parseable, such as artemio_at_artemio_dot_net and
artemio(at)artemio(dot)net which seem to be very common now.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
