Description Rob Kaper 2004-05-25 19:26:17 UTC
Version: 1.6.1 (using KDE 3.2.2, compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 [FreeBSD] 20031106
OS: FreeBSD (i386) release 5.2-RELEASE

There is no "Read Message" shortcut. I don't care what the default is, as long as I can set it to something simple like "Enter".

I'm filing this as a bug because it renders KMail useless with the preview pane disabled and having only a keyboard, no mouse.

I'm really surprised KMail doesn't have this yet -- seems like a rather basic keyboard shortcut. I looked for a dcop method to open a message so I could make my own shortcut, but still nothing. Please make this happen. Thanks!

And, while you're at it, create some for "{next, previous} [unread] message" as well, available from within a message window, so you can easily open the next message.
