Description Georg Brandl 2004-04-16 22:07:52 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

When I want to do a drag-and-drop operation between two different windows that overlap, the first window always comes to top when the mouse button is depressed. I would rather have it raised when the button is released over the same window it has been depressed over, so that when dragging the window isn't raised.
