Installed from:    Compiled From Sources
Compiler:          gcc 3.3.3 
OS:          Linux

I have a div that is shown/hidden using a button. konqueror makes visible correctly the hidden div however, if the div contains a textarea this element remains shown (not usable: you cannot type in until the entire div is shown again). Moreover the textarea seems to have a z-index value greater than every other element I try to display (it "pierces" everything).

This file shows two problems I've found with textareas in konqueror.
I use Mozilla as reference.

Known bug.

The fix for Bug 86916 will fix the second bug exhibited by attachment 5924 [details].
