Version:           4.0 (using KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from:    SuSE
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.1 (SuSE Linux)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-99-athlon

I have my desktop arranged like this: konsole on desktop 1, konqueror on 2, lyx/xemacs on 3, kmail on 5, kalendar on 6, knotes on 7.

If I open for example a konqueror-window by clicking on a link in an email (desktop 5), I'd like to have it open on desktop 2, not 5. I'd also like to be able to select this window always to open maximized. Is there a way this can be done? I'd be great if it was possible to set the defaults for certain windows where and how they should be opened.
