Add a way of displaying when a contact has been seen online the last time (afaik other IMs do this, too).

I added a patch that displays this information in the contact tooltip like the "Online Since" and "Away Message".

This has already been added with the new contact properties stuff (at least that's what i was told when i asked people on IRC)
