Description Bruce Miller 2004-03-16 16:06:56 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.1)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
Compiler: gcc 3.3.3 Debian 20040306
OS: Linux

KHelpcenter is configured to use minimum font size of 7 points and a medium font size of 10 points. The default font is Bitstream Vera Sans.

Printing is managed through KDEPrint and CUPS.

KHelpCenter prints at 16 points.

I have 7 min, 10 medium, screen font size in a manpage appears to be 12 point, 12 point in the suse admin guide, and 10 point in a KDE manual. Printed, all pages come out with the body text at 8 point (vs a test page made up with OO.o).

It is more likely that this is due to a combination of the different CSS used by each page, and KHTML, khelpcenter is not passing anything particular to KHTML when it prints.

It definitely does not print at 16 points for me, but rather at 12.
