Description missive 2004-03-11 00:14:38 UTC
Version: 3.2.0 (using KDE 3.2.0, compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.4 20020320 [FreeBSD]
OS: FreeBSD (i386) release 4.9-STABLE

Selecting text in the address bar is quite
responsive (the highlight is always lined
up with the cursor). Selecting text in a
web textarea is also fine, but selecting
text in a web page text input (like the one
on this page for "Short Description", or the
google input box) lags badly.

I start selecting the text, and the highlight
does not start to appear for between .5 and
2 seconds. It also lags following when I
move the cursor back and forth while holding
the button down.

After upgrading to 3.2.1 this is no longer a problem.

well I have tried this in 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 and it still happens...
