I had 3 notes available in knotes, which resides in the taskbar. To rename their titles, I loaded Kontact and did so. The titles did not change in the knotes menu after left-clicking the icon in the taskbar, even after closing Kontact. Knotes also needs to be restarted if any of the note information is displayed. It is also likely that if I close Kontact and Knotes, the one closed later will save its results and overwrite the other, or something else undesirably unexpected might happen. The two should always be in sync.
