Please don't do this. Not even as an option.

Sorry, closing a wishlist item for which I am not the maintainer, but this must not be done. KWallet is a basket full of eggs. If you drop it, all eggs are smashed. You don't want your egg containing the gpg passphrase to be among them. If you want a passphrase cache, use gpg-agent.

Implementing this constitutes a security vulnerability in itself.
