Version:           3.2.0 (using KDE 3.2.0, compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.2.3
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.22

I changed colors to dark ones like, Dark Blue, "Digital CDE" in "kcmshell colors". 

How to reproduce:

1. Open http://www.yahoo.com
2. Open kcmshell colors
3. let the yahoo.com page be loaded 
4. now in the colors window choose any dark color like "Digital CDE"
5. Now you can see the background looks real different than it was supposed to.

I once reported Bug#17861. It could have prevented this. thanks anyway.
