Description Mathieu 2004-02-06 16:15:01 UTC
Version: 3.2.0 (using KDE KDE 3.2.0)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc 3.3.2
OS: Linux

Konqueror will be "stuck" with the "illegal" cursor when the user drags a link and quickly close the tab if more than 1 tab are opened.

Steps to reproduce (reproductibility=100%)
- Start Konqueror
- Open at least 2 pages on 2 different tabs. One of those page should contain link(s).
- Drag the link (without releasing it).
- Press "Ctrl+W" to close the tab, while the link is being dragged.

--> The "illegal" cursor will now be used for all of konqueror. Konq has to be removed from memory to clear this behavior.

I can reproduce the same without tabs and one mainwindow being closed.

It seems I have closed this bugreport by mistake as a duplicate of unrelated bugreport. A patch fixing this problem was accepted by TT and this should be fixed in next Qt version.
Comment 4 Mathieu Ducharme 2004-07-24 07:24:14 UTC
It still happens in 3.2.3 with Qt 3.2.3
