after kmail crash (because no space in home directory) all my old outgoing mails are send again.

The index file of your outbox folder seems to be corrupt. You should clean it as follows: Make sure that there are no unsent messages in the outbox folder, exit KMail, run 'rm -rf ~/Mail/outbox ~/Mail/.outbox.index*'. Now you can start KMail again.

BTW, this is basically a duplicate of bug 43931. The only difference is that your outbox folder seems to be in mbox format while the other bug report is about outbox folders in maildir format. So you experience the same bug (bogus index file) but with different symptoms.
