Description Moritz Moeller-Herrmann 2004-01-24 20:06:01 UTC
Version:           Unbekannt (using KDE 3.1.94 (CVS >= 20031206),  (testing/unstable))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 20031229 (prerelease) (Debian)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.6.0-1-k7

The music format m4a is supported by mplayer and thus kaffeine, but if an arts module /input plugin existed, I could use these files in juk, I hope....

Would be a nice extension of artsd. I think gstreamer also supports this format, but I am not sure.

It is supported by the xine_artsplugin. Doesnt it work?

But it wont work in JuK without support for quicktime-formats in taglib.

arts is dead and replaced by phonon, for which this feature request is redundant. Closing.
