I was running konqueror in file manager mode. I pressed Ctrl+Shift+N for a new tab, and konqueror just died. I didn't even get the crash report dialog box. I've compiled in debug info, but it's of no help since I didn't get any report. However, the command line showed this:

I couldn't reproduce the problem the second time. It opened a tab happily...
