works fine for me. Something special you've done?
For me this site shows that constant (dis)appearing scrollbar/relayouting bug until I manually resize the window.

Something special you've done? Ok, I saw it works, if you go directly to this site. Please do the following (with tabbed browsing loading in the background - each site in a new tab): Go to www.animania.de. Then click to "Hier geht's zum Abo" Then go to the new tab - and the problem occures. You can open manually a new tab and start in this tab http://www.animania.de/galerie/index.php If you started the tab, please go back to another tab and then go to the tab with http://www.animania.de/galerie/index.php again. At this point, the rendering of http://www.animania.de/galerie/index.php is totally broken. Regards, Andreas Hartmann
