Description Malte S. Stretz 2003-12-13 21:37:39 UTC
Version: unknown (using KDE 3.1.94 (CVS >= 20031206), Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.3 20030422 (Gentoo Linux 1.4 3.2.3-r3, propolice)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-gentoo-r9

The menu entry "Offline Mode" in the applet menu shows the symbol for unknown characters (a square) where the shortcut key should be displayed. Screenshot attached. (KDE 3.2 source from yesterday night.)

Hmm actually it shows a different character here (something which looks like an U turned upside down), I don't know where that comes from and suspect it's a bug in kdelibs (since that code in KNewsTicker did not change in ages).

Can't reproduce in 3.5, no shortcut here
