It would be nice to have the option of setting a preference order of passive popup window locations.

I.E, top-left of the screen, any other cornor or edge of the screen, centered, at the system tray icon for that application if present, at the taskbar icon if taskbar present, attached to the notifying window, etc., such that I could have the popup windows flash at a location where I would see them before they disappear.
