Description jsvrp.gw 2003-12-10 17:56:53 UTC
Version: onbekend (using KDE 3.1.94 (3.2 Beta 2), SuSE)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3 20030226 (prerelease) (SuSE Linux)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-4GB

Normal (multiple line) formfields are not affected.

When I select the entire line or part of it, I can't overtype it, use the delete key or the backspace key. I also am not able to copy/cutting it with ctrl+C, allthough copy/cutting it with the right-mouse-button context-menu is not a problem.

I also am not able to type the ' character and the " character only appears after holding the key a little bit longer (doing that with ' results in the Ž character). Again, this affects NOT any other forms, like this one I'm typing in now. The "Short Description (*)" box on top of this box (Long Description in English (*)) is a good example of the bug.

FYI, I have a US keyboard layout with deadkeys.

Cheers,

Jeroen
