Has there is only a German and French translations of kde.org this hardly possible. Also the KDE concept seems more to have fully localized websites like http://www.kde.de (There are more availbale languages.) Have a nice day!

Little, unless you can find 10.000 monkeys that speak all the languages you want and get them to translate (and maintain the translation) of the websites. Right now, we're having trouble finding enough people to maintain the websites in *one* language.
Well, but is there some framework which could enable people to translate websites? There won't ever be "10.000 monkeys" if they have nothing to begin with...
So, is it essentially WONTFIX because there isn't translator on the horizon and therefore no sense to make translation even possible?

It seems at least http://okular.kde.org/ has something like that - maybe it can be used KDE-wise?
FWIW The infraestructure code-wise has always been there, i just had to do some minor touches to get it working in the okular webpage. If anyone is interested in enabling kde.org for translation just contact me.
