Version: Unbekannt (using KDE 3.1.93 (CVS >= 20031111), compiled sources) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.1 OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.23-pre7 Log out an user from KDE. Then you get the greeter / kdm again. Now, I want to switch off the machine directly from KDM. If I chose this mode, simply nothing happens - but rebooting is working fine. If I switch off directly from KDE (instead of logging out), there is no problem. Kind regards, Andreas Hartmann
