Version:           unknown (using KDE 3.1.93 (CVS >= 20031111), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.1 (Mandrake Linux 9.2 3.3.1-2mdk)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.22-10mdk

Scroll bar flashes profusely on a few webpages.  One of which is http://www.dj-designs.com.  Seems to be fixed after you resize the page.  This same problem also occurs on my universities website (on a secure page with required login or I'd provide the link as well).

When this problem occurs it also seems to not update the page until you resize (which fixes) the page.  Sometimes a small adjust in the window size fixes it, other times you have to drag it around a bit to get it to stop.

Btw, I noticed it sometimes requires a few tries to get it to work.  Seems smaller windows are more prone to this, and also sometimes switching tabs.
