Compiler:          gcc 3.2.2 current debain compiler
OS:          Linux

On several sites, when hovering over links the text size (or maybe font, or font bold-ness - difficult to tell exactly what) changes. This makes browsing very irritating. This is a regression since KDE 3.1

Sample sites:
http://news.bbc.co.uk
http://www.drobe.co.uk

On both sites the story title links are affected.

I can confirm, this has been broken for a few weeks I think.. I'm using 20031118.
